We’re very excited to tell you about an incredible opportunity take part in the coal seam gas debate! If you would like to attend the interactive forum in Adelaide this Thursday evening, RSVP here right now – places are limited.

Dear friends,

Adelaide sits on the cusp of the huge Murray Darling Basin – the network of rivers essential to life in Eastern Australia. Coal seam gas mining threatens this system, our environment and our groundwater.

Scientists, activists and communities across Australia have expressed concern about the health, land, water and environmental impacts – but the mining industry says it’s safe and is rapidly expanding their coal seam gas projects. This Thursday they’ll all come together to discuss the issues at the forum: ‘From the ground up: Are we fracked?’

Come along to this exciting discussion about coal seam gas mining in Australia, with a particular focus on the Murray Darling. Join in interactive discussion with experts, activists, politicians, and mining industry representatives. Learn about the issues involved, and ask questions of the panel.

Where: Bradley Forum, Hawke Building, UniSA West Campus
When: This Thursday, 5.00pm September 29.
RSVP: Places are limited so click here to RSVP!
